Improving Fife's Woods

There will be WIAT public consultation at four venues across Fife. All are welcome to come and review the plans for managing and upgrading urban woodlands close to the settlments of Kirkcaldy, Oakley, Comrie, Kennoway and Valleyfield

Forestry and Woodland Strategies

Two forestry & woodland strategies cover the LFGNP area. A Forestry and Woodland Strategy for Edinburgh and the Lothians and, The Fife Forestry & Woodland Strategy. Both set out a five year vision to maximise the wide range of benefits from woodlands and forests and drive woodland creation and management in the region.
